Refund Policy

We must be informed of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of the customer receiving them if a replacement or refund is to be requested. 

Damaged or faulty goods will either be replaced, within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods (stock levels permitting) 

Cancellation of the order can be requested within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. After 24 hours we would not accept any cancellation of the order.
